As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by immaculate landscaping that sets the stage for this secluded sanctuary. Spanning 8,591 square feet of quality craftsmanship, the home boasts an array of luxurious amenities and thoughtful design elements to ensure your stay is nothing short of extraordinary. The Chef’s Kitchen is a culinary dream, complete with a butler pantry, two walk-in pantries, and a cozy nook with a fireplace. The spacious den provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing by the fire. The primary bedroom on the main floor is a true retreat, featuring his and hers en-suite bathrooms and closets, as well as a private courtyard for moments of solitude. Four additional bedroom en-suites offer ample space for family and guests. Entertainment options abound with a billiards room, movie theater, and arcade room, providing endless fun for all ages. A core highlight of the home is the fully enclosed pool. It is perfect for year-round enjoyment with a built-in BBQ for outdoor dining and gatherings. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can’t control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don’t reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
