As you walk into the property from the main entrance you will be welcomed with an open gathering room. To the left you will find two bedrooms one that has a queen bed and one bedroom has three beds (2 twins and a full).  Between those two rooms you will also have a full guest bathroom as well. Walking back out into the open family room you will start to notice to see the beautiful large picture window in the back of the house which overlooks the pool, hot tub and canals. As you walk towards the back to see the views you will go past the gourmet kitchen with all of the niceties you could need for your stay.  Before you walk out to the breathtaking back yard, across the from the kitchen you will find the master suite which has a king bed very large walk in closet, and the master bathroom. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Trash - GREEN is for Trash; BLUE is for recycling.
  • Parking - parking allowed on driveway. Please try not to park in the street if possible.
  • Max occupancy is 8.
  • Noise - There is a noise ordinance starting at 10pm. Please be respectful of your neighbors. Even prior to 10pm, please understand there are other families that live in this community and should not be disturbed.
  • Smoking - No smoking in the house.
  • Events/Parties - No parties allowed.
  • Pets - No pets allowed at this time.
  • Escalation/Fines - If there are fines levied on the property due to guests breaking rules, Manager will hold the guests responsible.
