A 1 min drive to Ober Mountain & Chalet Village Owners Club, this property is perfectly situated so guests can enjoy all that the area has to offer w/o the traffic fuss! Enjoy a fun day hiking, sightseeing, shopping, eating, or one of the many area attractions. Also visit the clubhouse for the Pool, Game Room, Gym, and playground offering fun for the entire family!!

*There is a wood burning fireplace- you must bring your own wood, which is available at most local grocery stores or gas stations.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- No pets and no smoking inside the property is allowed. No events or parties. No loud noises after 10:00 PM or before 9:00 AM. No flushing of feminine or wet wipes down the toilet. If any of these conditions are broken, there can be a $250 fine charged to the guest after check out.
