Our dog friendly 5 star rated comfy, perfectly decorated property is a great place to stay for you and your immediate family! Perfectly located in between Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. you will be in the heart of it all even though you feel like you are miles away from everything! Come enjoy this relaxing cabin in all of its splendor while exploring the Smoky Mountain Parkway, hiking, horseback riding, ziplining, shopping, attractions and some of the best dining are all just a stone throw’s away!
Pets welcome - guests are responsible for any damage. Maximum of 2 pets.
**There is a $75 fee PER pet. (If this fee in not included in your booking quote or when you book it. It is billed separately).**
All refunds may be subject to a 4% credit card fee.
All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- No smoking inside the cabin is allowed. No events or parties. No loud noises after 10:00 PM or before 9:00 AM. If any of these conditions are broken, there can be a $200 fine charged to the guest after check out.
