The apartment is functional and can comfortably accommodate 3 people (3rd person on a sofa bed in the living room). It has an equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom upstairs with a bathroom composing a bath, sink and toilet, a living room with dining table, desk and glass roof. The area is served by numerous food shops and two metro stations are a 4-minute walk away. It is perfect for a couple and a business man / woman. It is ideally located 5 minutes from Parque Monceau, around 15 minutes from the Arc du Triomphe and Avenue Champs Elysées des Champs.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
