Welcome to Island Hideaway–a slice of Ebey’s Landing National Historical Reserve and local history! Unwind in this peaceful 2 bed/1.5 bath home nestled in ~5 acres of forest. Freshly decorated, with walls of windows bringing the outside in, you will love this centrally located hideaway to explore the island. While the property is secluded and peaceful, it’s centrally located, just 5 minutes drive to the historic waterfront shops and restaurants and 15 minutes to city conveniences.
Fun fact–this property was part of the original holding of one of the first settlers of Coupeville and had been in the previous owner’s family for 5 generations. We hope to honor that history by sharing the acres of trees along with local touches with our guests. We are constantly curating and updating the home as we explore more ourselves.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - Strictly NO parties and events, $500 fine per violation
- - Quiet hours between 10pm-8amno
- - Smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas,
- - No digital piracy
- - No shoes in the home.
