Whale watching right from your lanai, and look for sea turtles right by the sea wall! Best location in the complex, situated steps away from both the ocean and the pool. Stairs free & ground floor, the flat and accessible layout of our home makes it perfect for families with children and seniors. Enjoy a beautiful sunset each evening from the comfort of the covered spacious lanai!

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - Strictly NO parties and events, $500 fine per violation
- - Quiet hours between 10pm-8amno
- - Smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas,
- - No digital piracy
- - No shoes in the home.
