Book your stay at The Après Chalet, a hillside, stand-alone home offering incredible views, an oversized private hot tub to relax in after mountain adventures, and spacious bedrooms. The living area has a large windows that frame the views, and a statement gas fireplace creates a cozy haven for family and friends to gather. A short drive to the heart of downtown Breckenridge and to the base of Peaks 7 & 8, you’ll enjoy the perfect location with convenience and seclusion. This home is pet-friendly for a fee. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know. There is a $350 fee per pet, per stay.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
