For added convenience, the free Summit Stage bus stop is only a 2-minute walk from the front door, offering direct access to town and the ski resort.
Living Room (Main Level): The main living room features plush seating around an electric fireplace and flatscreen TV, with access to the north-facing deck. Step outside to enjoy a propane grill, a gas firepit, and outdoor dining surrounded by forest views.
Kitchen (Main Level): Adjacent to the living room, the chef’s kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances, and a 4-person breakfast bar. Whether you’re preparing a hearty dinner or baking a favorite dessert, this kitchen has everything you need, including a blender, microwave, and dishwasher.

• Third Bedroom (Top Floor): King bed, flatscreen TV, closet, private balcony, and shared bath with the second bedroom.
Family Room (Bottom Floor): The downstairs living area is designed for entertainment, featuring two queen sleeper sofas, a pool table, wet bar with sink and fridge, and a flatscreen TV with cable. This space also has its own full bathroom, making it ideal for extra guests.
Patio: Multiple decks surround the home, offering opportunities for grilling, stargazing, or relaxing. The highlight is the second-level deck with a private hot tub overlooking the brook, a perfect spot to unwind after a day on the mountain.
Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer with cabinets for storage are located just off the kitchen.
Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
