Laundry: The lower level features a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, oversized heated 2-car garage, and extra space for gear storage. Additional parking for two more vehicles is available in the driveway. Patio & Hot Tub: Step out onto the wraparound deck to enjoy lounge chairs, a propane grill, an outdoor dining table, and the private hot tub. Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. Extra towels are provided for the hot tub. 4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are required for this property. Please review the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before traveling to Summit County, as heavy snowfall and variable winter conditions are common from November through May. Please note that this home has a SimpliSafe doorbell camera on the exterior of the property. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included.
