Welcome to Eagle Ridge, a stunning new mountain retreat in North Breckenridge offering luxurious amenities, elegant design, and incredible mountain views. Located 1 mile from the Breckenridge Golf Course and just 4.3 miles from town, this home offers easy access to Upper Flume and mountain biking trails, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing routes, and the bike path connecting Breckenridge and Frisco. Groomed ski trails and lessons are available at the nearby Nordic Center, and the free Breck bus stop is 1 mile away, making it simple to get into town or to the ski resort.
Although this home is not suitable for any events, we also manage the adjacent side of the duplex, Hawk Ridge. This makes it the perfect opportunity for families to travel together and make unique memories, while enjoying privacy, separate kitchens, and ample space.
Living Room: The main living space invites you to relax by the fireplace with a leather sofa sleeper, two matching leather chairs, and a lounge chair. A large flatscreen TV is mounted above the fireplace, perfect for movie nights or cozy evenings after a day outdoors.
Kitchen: The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious island with seating for 4. Whether you’re preparing a family dinner or a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes, this kitchen has everything you need.
Dining Room: Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a large table with seating for 8, complemented by natural light and easy access to the main-level powder room.
Sleeping Arrangements: 3 Bed, 3.5 Bath -
• Primary Bedroom (Top Floor): King bed, flatscreen TV, exercise bike, walk-in closet, ensuite bath with his-and-her sinks, walk-in glass shower, soaking tub, and a private balcony with stunning views.
• Second Bedroom (Bottom Floor): Queen bed, mounted flatscreen, closet, and ensuite bath with walk-in glass shower and single vanity.
• Third Bedroom (Bottom Floor): Two twin-over-twin bunk beds, closet, ensuite bath with walk-in glass shower, and single vanity.
• Additional Sleeping Area: Queen sleeper sofa
Patio/Deck: Step outside to the spacious wraparound deck, complete with a firepit, propane BBQ, and outdoor seating to soak in the fresh alpine air and panoramic mountain views.
Hot Tub: The private hot tub, located on the ground level directly below the deck, offers the perfect place to relax after a day on the golf course, trails, or ski slopes.
Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer with cabinet storage are located on the lower level.
Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
Please be aware that there are security cameras placed in the access and parking areas. Any video footage is not shared and is only in place for liability protection, and in no way infringes upon our guests’ expectations of privacy in the property.
