The home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, spacious at 1800 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with no step to entrance. **Floor Plan** • First Floor: Main entrance, kitchen, dining, living room with smart TV. Half bath. Air conditioned. • Second Floor: Two bedrooms with queen beds, full bathroom w/bathtub & shower. One bedroom has dedicated desk with chair. Heating only. • Third Floor: Primary bedroom suite w/king size bed and a full size  trundle. Ensuite bathroom w/shower. Air conditioned. • Fourth Floor: Rooftop with outdoor furniture and Stunning views of Mt. Rainier, Downtown Seattle and Lake Union. **Home Highlights** • Stunning views of Mt. Sunrises/sunsets on the deck are the best thing ever! • Dedicated parking right behind the home • Location: Quirky cafes, tech offices, yoga studios, bus line, fabulous eateries, parks, lakes. You can’t go wrong with Fremont! • Dedicated desks in two bedrooms with fast Wi-Fi—ideal for working remotely. • Big windows with lots of natural light • Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, keurig coffee & tea • Great sleep score with a very cozy bed! • Smart TV for streaming. • Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs **Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • The townhome is at the back of the complex against an alley and is more quiet compared to other units in the complex. The front of the complex does border Aurora Avenue which is a busy road, so occasional road noise can be heard. **About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation. **About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 9 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; $50/night pet fee charge will be calculated and please select the pet fee add on during check out. **House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
