Ski Area Access: Located in the desirable Saddlewood neighborhood, just a 15-minute walk from Main St, these townhomes offer true ski-in/ski-out access to the world-renowned Breckenridge Ski Resort. The Snowflake ski run sits just behind the townhomes, providing a direct route down to the Snowflake Chairlift. After carving turns and chasing powder, enjoy the unbeatable convenience of skiing straight back to the home, where comfort and relaxation await.
Living Room (Main Level): The main living space welcomes you with vaulted ceilings, west-facing windows, and plenty of natural light. Plush seating surrounds a gas fireplace and a large flatscreen TV with cable, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain.
Kitchen & Dining (Main Level): The fully equipped kitchen features premium stainless appliances, a four-burner gas stovetop, Ninja blender, crockpot, and all the essentials for home cooking. The hardwood dining table seats 5 comfortably while in the family room is a high-top table with additional seating for 4.

• Primary Bedroom (Main Level): King bed, flatscreen TV with cable, walk-in closet, private deck access, and ensuite bath with dual vanity, Jacuzzi Tub, and walk-in shower.
• Second Bedroom (Bottom Floor): Queen bed, walk-in closet, flatscreen TV with cable, and shared bath with family room, with single vanity and shower/tub combo.
• Third Bedroom (Bottom Floor): Twin-over-full bunk bed, dresser, closet, lounge chair, and ensuite bath with single vanity and shower/tub combo.
• Additional Sleeping Area (Bottom Floor): Sleeper sofa in downstairs family room, with extra linen stored in the family room storage ottoman.
Deck (Main Level): Accessible from the main living area, the private deck features a propane grill, perfect for taking in the crisp mountain air and grilling after a day of adventure.
Family Room (Bottom Floor): A secondary living area with a leather sofa sleeper, coffee table, mini fridge, flatscreen TV with cable, bar top seating for 4, and laundry room access.
Patio & Hot Tub (Bottom Floor): From the second bedroom downstairs, step outside to a private patio with a full-size hot tub. Slip into the bubbling water and relax under the alpine sky, the perfect way to end your day in Breckenridge.
Laundry: A spacious laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is located next to the family room.
IMPORTANT: Street parking is not permitted. HOA rules strictly apply and prohibit trucks (except pickup trucks and SUVs), commercial vehicles, trailers, mobile homes, detached campers, boats, RVs, and snowmobiles from being parked or stored within the neighborhood.
Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
Please be aware that there are security cameras placed in the access and parking areas.
