Proximity: This home is just steps from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. A short 0.2-mile walk (~ 5 min) brings you to the Breck Transit Center & BreckConnect Gondola, offering direct access to Peaks 7 & 8. Simply step outside the front door and stroll down Main Street to find yourself in the center of Breckenridge’s historic downtown area.
Living Room: The main living area features abundant natural light, a gas fireplace, plush leather sofa with built-in recliners, armchairs, and a flatscreen TV.
Kitchen: The fully stocked kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a 3-person breakfast bar. Guests will enjoy a dishwasher, microwave, and oven.

Dining Room: The dining area seats 6 comfortably at a formal table, creating a welcoming space for meals and conversation.
Sleeping Arrangements: 3 Bed, 3 Bath -
• Primary Bedroom: King bed, flatscreen TV, walk-in closet, reading nook, and ensuite bath with single vanity and walk-in shower.
• Second Bedroom: Queen bed, flatscreen TV, dresser, and closet.
• Third Bedroom: Queen bed, dresser, and shared full bath with walk-in steam shower and single vanity.
• Additional Full Bath: Located by the front door is a shared full bath with shower/tub combo and single vanity.
Family Room: The downstairs bedroom doubles as a recreational space, featuring a flatscreen TV, closet, and access to a full bathroom.
Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are located on the bottom floor for guest use.
Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
