Vista Ridge is a Peak 7 rental that features seclusion and views, while still being just about 10 minutes from town and ski access! Vista Ridge provides walkable access to the peaks trail, perfect for hiking, mountain biking, and snowshoeing, something for every season! Enjoy the Breckenridge Nordic Trails that weave through the area, featuring Snow Wonder (snowshoeing) and Otter Slide (cross country skiing). The single-family home itself features beautiful furnishings and finishes, a spacious back deck with three-person hot tub and grill.
--- 1st Floor ---
Garage: As you pull into the driveway, you’ll access the home through the heated garage, which has covered parking for two vehicles. There are ski and snowboard racks, and room for all of your equipment.
Laundry: When you walk through the garage, you’ll notice a closet to the left which has eco-friendly laundry machines!
Kitchen: Continue past the laundry room and you’ll be greeted by the kitchen, dining room, and living room with vaulted ceilings and all new finishes. The kitchen has all stainless-steel appliances including a four-eye gas stovetop, dual ovens, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and much more! Stocked with all the essential cooking equipment and a breakfast bar that seats four, your group will have everything you need for putting together home cooked meals after a long day out adventuring!
Dining Room: The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen, features a live edge table that seats six comfortably. The perfect gathering space to enjoy all your meals!
Living Room: The living room is across from the dining room and kitchen and makes for a cozy atmosphere to cuddle up around the remote-controlled fireplace or enjoy a movie on the large smart-TV (with Roku) mounted to the wall.
Back Deck / Backyard: Just off the dining room you’ll enter out the back door to the deck, which includes a 3-person hot tub, natural gas grill, and patio furniture that looks over the backyard. The backyard also has a very photogenic chairlift swing that’s perfect for capturing group photos!
Primary Bedroom / Bathroom: Just off the dining room, you’ll find the master suite with a king-size bed that also features a full-size dresser, mounted smart-TV with Roku walk-in closet, and en-suite master bathroom. The master bath has two sinks, with their own vanities and a step-in shower with dual shower heads.
Home Office: Head back through the living room towards the front door and stairs to see the office. With a premium desk and rolling chair, the office provides a private place for any work or personal time needed.
Powder Room: Adjacent from the office, you’ll find the stairs and the powder room which serves the first floor.

Second Bedroom / Bathroom: Head upstairs to find the second bedroom on the right. The second bedroom features another king-size bed, with a walk-in closet, full-size dresser and large smart-TV (with Roku). The second bedroom has direct access to the second bathroom, which features dual sinks, tub and shower combo, and separate toilet with private door. The second bathroom is shared with the third bedroom as well.
Third Bedroom: At the top of the stairs you’ll turn left to find the third and final bedroom, which currently features a twin XL on top of queen bunk bed and a separate twin, along with a walk-in closet of its own, full-size dresser, and another large flatscreen TV (with Roku).
Proximity: This home is located in the Peak 7 neighborhood of Breckenridge, just 2.2 miles from the Breckenridge Ski Resort and about 4.5 miles from the heart of downtown. Please note that there is no bus service in this neighborhood, so transportation options are limited to walking, biking, or driving.
During the winter season (November–May), roads in this neighborhood are typically snow-covered. We strongly recommend that guests use a 4WD or AWD vehicle or carry appropriate snow traction devices. For your reference, the Colorado Department of Transportation enforces Traction Laws during the winter months, and driving without proper equipment in snowy conditions can result in significant fines.

There are outside cameras for security and monitoring snow levels in both the front and rear of the property as well as a camera doorbell. Smart TV Roku remotes have mics for voice commanding when a button is pressed.
You’ll check yourself in with an access code, which is provided automatically before you arrive. We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.
