Very close ski access to 4 O’Clock Run and down to the Snowflake Lift from this newly renovated 2-bedroom Grandview condo. We’re located on Peak 8, with plenty of room for a group of 6. Come back to the condo for lunch, enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the balcony overlooking Mount Baldy; this space is the perfect location. Fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, free parking, free shuttle, and flat screen TVs. Cozy up in our mountain retreat! Please note that this unit is located on the second floor and is accessed via two staircases.
Proximity: Welcome to the Grandview Condos! This unit offers fantastic access to the Four O’Clock Ski Run, located just across the parking lot about 0.2 miles away. From there, you can ski directly down to Main Street or to the Snowflake Chairlift. The nearest MyFreeRide bus stop, the Gold Camp stop, is about 0.3 miles (6-minute walk) from the unit and can be found behind the building off Four O’Clock Run Road.
Kitchen: Past the entry foyer is the kitchen, with copper countertops, large farmhouse sink, refrigerator, oven, 4-eye electric stovetop, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, and crockpot. With a full pantry, the space was renovated for maximum storage.
Living & Dining Room: There is a gorgeous 6-person wooden dining table, and we’ve stocked a full set of plateware and silverware to prepare meals. We have a plush couch, a large gas fireplace, and a flat screen TV. The sofa pulls out to a queen-size bed to comfortably sleep two.
Deck: The balcony is perfect for taking in a colorful Breck sunrise over Mount Baldy. This is also a convenient spot to store mountain gear overnight.
Laundry: New efficiency washer and dryer, we’ll stock a few detergent pods for you to use while you’re here.
Sleeping Arrangements: 2 Bed, 2 Bath -
• Primary Bedroom: Queen-size bed, large flat screen TV, closet, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
• Second Bedroom: King-size bed, closet, and windows with incredible views of the mountains. The hall bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination.
• Additional Sleeping Area: Queen sleeper sofa in living room
Parking / Trash: If entering the property from the lower parking lot on Grandview Drive, you’ll find plenty of parking spaces, along with the dumpster enclosure.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels. This unit is not pet friendly.
