Welcome to Crystal Peak Lodge in Breckenridge. Wake up to mountain paradise with stunning views of the Continental Divide, Mount Baldy, and the town below. This 2 bed, 2 bath condo offers ski-in/ski-out access at Peak 7, combined with luxurious amenities for comfort and relaxation. Enjoy cozy evenings by the gas fireplace, dine with mountain vistas, or sip your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the valley.
Ski Resort Access: Located at the base of Peak 7, this condo offers ski-in/ski-out access for intermediate and advanced skiers (Peak 7 has no beginner terrain). Beginners can take the free gondola to Peak 8 for beginner terrain. The gondola also provides easy access to Main Street, One Ski Hill Place, shops, restaurants, and the Breck Transit Station.
Kitchen & Dining: The open kitchen features granite countertops, a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with 4-eye electric stovetop, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. A 4-person breakfast bar connects to the living area, and a 6-person dining table offers the perfect spot to enjoy dinner with mountain views.

Living Room: Relax in the living area with a large leather sleeper sofa, plush seating, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, and DVD player. Sliding doors lead to the balcony, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Mount Baldy and the Continental Divide.
Bedding Configuration: 2 Bed, 2 Bath -
• Primary Bedroom & Bathroom: Queen bed, 4-drawer dresser, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and his and her sinks.
• Second Bedroom & Bathroom: Queen bed, 4-drawer dresser, flatscreen TV, closet, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.
• Additional Sleeping Area: Queen size sleeper sofa
Outdoor Space: Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy coffee, hot cocoa, or sunset views over Breckenridge and the surrounding mountains.
Laundry: A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room closet right next to the front door.
Communal Amenities: You’ll have access to a variety of on-site and nearby resort amenities. Enjoy the steam room, fully equipped gym, and billiards table, or relax outdoors in the 20-person and 8-person hot tubs. Just one gondola stop away at One Ski Hill Place, take advantage of the indoor heated pool, hot tub, a Finnish sauna, and a two-lane bowling alley (by reservation only). Two gas grills are also available for outdoor barbecues, ensuring plenty of options for relaxation and entertainment.

Property Manager provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
