The home is well situated, only a short drive from the picturesque town of Hoodsport on the Hood Canal as well as Olympic National Park with miles of hiking possibilities. The home is a short walk from division 1 lake cushman park which has picnic areas, sand volleyball court, a play structure, swings and a large dock and swim area. There is a community boat launch a short drive down the road which is available for those with boating plans.
Down by the lake you’ll find a new bench and picnic table for private lakeside dining and savoring the views. Right next to this is a new kayak rack holding 2 adult and 2 kid kayaks, as well as a stand up paddle board. Both are just a few steps away from the lake which makes getting in the water easy. Life jackets are available to borrow and located in the king bedroom closet, right next to a new corn hole set that’s also available for you to set up and play.
Indulge in the convenience of modern amenities, including high speed internet access, smart TV with streaming options, gas BBQ and fire table for outdoor gatherings. Inside, you’ll find a wood stove for cozy evenings, a fully stocked kitchen with essential appliances, and entertainment options such as board games, puzzles and vintage Nintendo.
