A beautiful and serene desert setting awaits at this single-story home in Tucson, nestled near the base of the Catalina Mountains. This is a place for mornings spent birdwatching on the back patio, refreshing afternoon dips in the private pool, and evenings of dining beneath the veranda at sunset.
This home is located in the Catalina Foothills of northeast Tucson, where it enjoys views of the mountains from the rear patio. It’s a great location for getting out and exploring, with the Finger Rock Trailhead (four miles), Catalina State Park (nine miles), and downtown Tucson (10 miles) within a short, scenic drive.
Greet each morning outside on the patio, with the sounds of the trickling fountain easing you into the day. It’s the perfect spot to return to in the afternoons, whether to swim in the outdoor pool, barbecue on the gas grill, or dine alfresco in the two covered seating areas.
A highlight of the interior living space is the kitchen, beautifully outfitted with custom-built cherry wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and an eat-in dining space. After dinner each evening, stream your favorite movies in the living room, toss the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer, and make plans for tomorrow using the complimentary WiFi. There’s even a home office space with a desk in case you’re planning to work remotely during your stay.
