Expansive west-facing windows frame views of the surrounding pines, open sky, and distant glimpses of the Pacific Ocean, creating the perfect setting for sunsets, storm watching, and moments immersed in nature. The home is dog-friendly for small dogs, making it an ideal retreat for the whole family.
Nestled on a dune in a quiet neighborhood, the cabin is within easy walking distance of the beach and just a short drive or bike ride from local restaurants, surf breaks, fishing, shops, and the marina.
Designed for both adventure and relaxation, The Vista blends vintage cabin charm with thoughtful modern comforts. Spend your days exploring the coast by bike, surfing, beachcombing, or unwinding on the wraparound porch with a book. In the evenings, gather for a BBQ on the deck, cozy up inside for movie night, or enjoy the game room complete with ping-pong, foosball, and retro arcade games.
Built in 1982 and lovingly maintained over the years, the home retains much of its original character, including warm wood paneling, classic cabinetry, and vintage bathrooms that reflect its Pacific Northwest cabin roots. Updated beds, furnishings, linens, towels, and relaxed coastal decor provide comfort throughout your stay.
The Vista is best suited for guests who appreciate character-filled homes, relaxed coastal living, and the charm of a classic Pacific Northwest beach cabin.

MAIN LEVEL
Living & Dining Room
Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the main living space with natural light and views of the surrounding trees and coastal sky. Relax on the large sectional sofa with the smart TV, or gather around the rustic wood dining table for meals, board games, and puzzles.
Kitchen
The well-stocked kitchen includes everything needed for cooking at home, along with a Keurig dual coffee maker and French press.
Bedroom
The main level bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, desk workspace, and walk-in closet.
Bathroom
The main level bathroom features a charming vintage mint green shower with matching sink and toilet.
Wraparound Porch
Take in the fresh coastal air from the scenic porch — the perfect spot for morning coffee, bird watching, and sunset skies through the trees. A propane BBQ grill is provided for guest use.
LOFT LEVEL
Loft Bedroom
Upstairs, the loft features a spacious king bed, queen futon, desk workspace, and walk-in closet. Wake up to filtered coastal views and soft morning light through the west-facing windows.
Bathroom
The loft level bathroom retains its original vintage tub, sink, and toilet.
GARAGE / GAME ROOM
The garage game room includes ping-pong, foosball, and retro Pac-Man arcade games. Beach gear is provided for guest use, including chairs, towels, an umbrella, beach wagon, and boogie boards. Adult bikes and helmets are also available for exploring the neighborhood and nearby coastline.
PLEASE NOTE
- There is parking available for 3 vehicles. There is no parking allowed in the garage.
- The kitchen is not stocked with any spices or cooking ingredients besides salt, pepper, and cooking oil. Please bring any other spices or dry goods you may need.
- The wood-burning stove is inoperable and not available for guest use.
-Baby gear is provided, including portable pack-n-play crib, high chair, and kids’ cutlery and dishware.
- The house and property is entirely available for guest use, with the exception of the small shed in the backyard.

- No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No parties or events allowed. If an unauthorized event occurs, a $500 fee will be charged.

listed in your reservation.
- Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
