You will love this sweet home just minutes from downtown Picton and walking distance from Base 31, Prince Edward County’s hottest new cultural and food destination!
This property is in a quiet neighbourhood and has open fields in the backyard with incredible views. There is a large deck in the backyard, where you can enjoy stunning sunsets over the bbq or firepit and also gaze at the stars!
This home has been completely renovated recently with two washrooms (full bathroom upstairs with a soaker tub and shower, and a powder room on the main level). All rooms have closet space, and one also has a work desk and work chair. The kitchen is well stocked and fully furnished with a dishwasher. There are even some fun toys for small kids in the kids’ bedroom closet!
