Welcome to this modern one-bedroom apartment ideally situated in the heart of Kingston! Featuring a spacious open-plan living area with sliding door access to a balcony, you can enjoy the natural light and fresh air. You can access all the property’s amenities throughout your stay.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a king-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you’re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to:

- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 75" smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don’t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The garage accommodates one car. If additional parking is needed, paid street parking is available according to the following schedule:
2-hour Parking
Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
Friday: 8:30am - 9pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 12 noon
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.
Note: This apartment is located near a commercial gym. While many guests enjoy the convenience, please be aware that some noise may be heard during certain hours due to gym activity.
I am available mostly through OTA messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

Note: This apartment is located directly next door to a 24/7 commercial gym. While many guests appreciate the convenience, please note that some noise may be heard at certain times due to gym activity throughout the day and night.
