As you step through the front door, you are greeted by a spiral staircase and marble flooring. The kitchen has ample space, an island with seating for 4, an additional sink, and a coffee station with a drip/Keurig coffee maker. Off the kitchen is a hearth room, with seating overlooking the backyard. There is an additional half bath and laundry room on the first floor.
Down the hallway is a an incredible library/study adorned with unique wood paneling sourced from a 16th century Scottish castle. There is a desk complete with a computer monitor as well as a full bathroom.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 🤫 Keep noise to a minimum outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am

- 🚭 No indoor smoking (Minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning)
- 🚬 Smoking outside is permitted
- 🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs
- 🎉 NO parties or large gatherings
