Chateau Roaring Fork is only four blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. This riverfront condo features new carpet and paint, updated decor, and beautiful finishes. Its open floor plan is highlighted by a wood-burning fireplace* and large sliding glass doors that open to the private deck with an outdoor grill and stunning river views. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and beautiful stone countertops. The bathrooms have been upgraded, and guests enjoy the in-unit washer/dryer. *Please note firewood is not provided, and guests will need to procure firewood from City Market.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
