Welcome to Rock ’n’ Wood - a unique 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home with three private living quarters featuring a large swimming pool, two hot tubs and situated on five quiet, peaceful, and private acres. The property itself offers beautiful oak trees, scenic views, occasional wildlife, and cool, starry Texas nights under the open sky. Whether you’re traveling with a large group, or looking for a spacious, romantic getaway - Rock ’n’ Wood offers plenty of space for family and friends, accommodating up to 8 guests in the main house, and up to 5 guests in the cottage. Upon entering the main house, you’ll be greeted by the inviting entryway with unique arched stonework. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials needed to prepare that perfect vacation meal, and there is plenty of room for dining either at the breakfast table or dining area. From the large living room, french doors reveal the beautiful swimming pool outside, complete with a hot tub and comfortable outdoor furniture. Head back inside the main house and you’ll find two bedrooms located downstairs, both complete with a king-sized bed. Upstairs is the third primary bedroom with an en-suite bath, featuring a clawfoot tub and tiled, walk-in shower. Step through the back kitchen door and into the second exterior entrance of the main house, which reveals an additional living area with a fireplace, kitchenette, bedroom with king bed, and attached bath. This space is perfect for groups who are spending time together during the day but prefer the comforts and privacy offered by a completely separate living area. Speaking of privacy, head out the front door near the kitchenette and the stone path will lead you around to the cottage. Inside the cottage, you’ll be greeted by a warm, cozy living area with a fireplace and comfortable seating, and a nicely equipped kitchen and dining area. There are two bedrooms, each with comfortable king beds... because sleeping well on your trip is equally as important as all the fun you’ll have during the day. The additional twin bed in the loft is great for one of the kids as well. You’ll also love the deck area and jetted hot tub, perfect for some private relaxation before you head back over to the main house. It’s amazing how quickly the tranquil calm washes over you as you sip a glass of your favorite drink and listen to the subtle rustling of the leaves or the soothing waterfall, taking in all the stunning views around you. While relaxing, others can enjoy the home’s large backyard pool, hot tub, or maybe even kick up their feet inside and enjoy the big game in one of the three living rooms. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 13 guests. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. No smoking or pets are allowed on the property.
