Playa del Sol is ideally nestled high above Canyon Lake, but within easy striking distance of the water from the back yard. Take advantage of the large deck space, complete with panoramic views, comfortable seating for all, and a gas grill with propane provided. The waterfront access means that swimming, fishing, and exploring Canyon Lake is all within a 2- 3 minute walk through the well-kept back yard. Inside, you’ll find a picturesque view of the lake through the large dining and living room windows. Relax in style with all the comforts of home including HDTV and WIFI. The fully- equipped kitchen is perfect for those who prefer to dine in, or if you’re just looking for a quiet evening after taking advantage of the many excellent restaurants in nearby New Braunfels or Wimberley. The master bedroom hosts a comfortable king bed, an extra twin bed, HDTV, private deck area with lake views, and an attached bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom hosts a king bed, twin bed, and attached bath with walk-in shower and a large, separate soaking tub. The second bedroom also makes room for a crib, perfect for those family vacations. Don’t forget about the third bedroom with a queen bed, twin over full bunk and attached bathroom with walk-in shower. Each bedroom having its own attached bath is ideal for multiple families vacationing together. With so much to do right there at Playa del Sol, don’t forget all the nearby attractions, such as a free, public boat ramp (1 mile away), boat rentals, Guadalupe River tubing, Whitewater Amphitheater, local cuisine, and much more! You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 11 guests. We manage several nearby rentals and therefore often have staff in the area. Please come and have a good time, but know that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. No smoking or pets are allowed on the property.
