If you’re planning on visiting New Braunfels, why not stay on the river? Situated on the scenic banks of the Guadalupe River, Riverside Roost is ready to host your New Braunfels vacay! This 1,200 square foot home hosts up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
Step inside where you’ll find a quaint living area with cozy couches, a large HDTV, and deck access to take in those spectacular river views. The kitchen is simply lovely with modern appliances, essential kitchenware, and open space that includes a dining table for 6.
After a day on the river, retire to the bedrooms for a great night’s sleep. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and river views. The master bathroom includes a vanity and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms include a queen-size bed; the second bathroom features a shower/tub combo.
The home’s large, relaxing deck space is perfectly shaded by giant bald cypress trees which shoot up from the riverbank below. Accessing the water is easy via the steps leading from the back of the property.
Riverside Roost puts you near all the action, conveniently located within a short drive of Whitewater Amphitheater, River Road Ice House, Gruene Hall, Schlitterbahn, Canyon Lake, the Comal River tube chute, downtown New Braunfels, Wurstfest, and much more! And, of course, there are numerous Guadalupe River tubing and rafting outfitters within a stone’s throw of the Roost.
*You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times is 6 guests and 2 vehicles. Please come and have a good time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. No smoking or pets are allowed.
