Head through the short hallway and out the backdoor where you’ll find yourself on the deck that overlooks a beautiful resort-like pool. To the left of the pool, you’ll find a pavilion that houses a large grill and plenty of seating making it the perfect spot to end a perfect day in the Texas Hill Country. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are located on the lower level of the home. From the front door, head to the right where you’ll find the first full bathroom complete with a shower/tub combo. Just past the bathroom, you’ll find the first bedroom which includes a king-sized bed and ample closet space. Down the hall and around the corner you’ll find bedroom #2 with a queen-sized bed and a beautiful view of the pool area. Past the stairs and entertainment area is where you’ll find 2 more bedrooms complete with a jack-and-jill bathroom that includes a shower/tub combo. The first bedroom includes a queen-sized bed while the second bedroom features 1 queen-sized bed, 1 full-sized bed, and an HDTV. The second story is where you’ll find the main part of the home. Upstairs features a gorgeous living room that includes plenty of cozy couch and sofa seating, beautiful decor, an HDTV, and sweeping views of Canyon Lake. To the right of the living area is where you’ll find a very spacious kitchen with unique light fixtures, Texas decor, modern stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, and plenty of cooking and dining utensils. The kitchen also features a breakfast table as well as access to the top balcony, a great place to enjoy your morning cup of joe. Additional seating can be found in the dining area located just behind the living room. Past the stairs is where you’ll find the half bathroom and the master bedroom that is filled with gorgeous natural sunlight provided by the tall windows that surround it. The king-sized bed is a pure masterpiece and the sofa and ottoman located just across from it are perfect for reading some quiet reading time. You can also find a door that leads to the balcony for more beautiful Canyon Lake views. The resort-style bathroom includes a custom stand-up shower, a vanity with dual sinks, an enclosed toilet, a spa tub, and a huge walk-in closet. Additional amenities include a full washer and dryer and another point of access to the upstairs portion of the home via the stairs located outside in the front of the home. *You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
