The centre of the house is where all the action is. The open plan air-conditioned living and dining room opens out to the front Deck. The master bedroom has a queen with the second bedroom having a the option of either 2 single beds or a king bed. Both these rooms have a perfect view over ocean from your bed. The 3rd room has a set of bunks and a single bed whilst the 4th room, known as The Possum Hut, is externally accessed via a spiral staircase is perfect for the independent teenagers with a tri bunk bed with double on the bottom and single on the top plus a smart TV and bean bags. The second bathroom is an outdoor shower and a plumbed outside toilet (Aussie Dunny). For those needing to keep in touch with the outside world, the house has broadband internet and a large smart TV. There is a single garage plus driveway for parking 2 cars. A short walk to the Palm Beach Golf Club for a quick game and a refreshing ale after the game, fish off the rocks or the beach. You can stroll down to the Golf club for an informal dinner or the Dunes Restaurant which is located in Governor Philip Park.
