Main bedroom: King This one-bedroom/bath condo is located in the heart of Elkhorn and will sleep up to 2 guests. The condo is located on the second floor and is all on one level. The living area has high ceilings for good light, a gas fireplace, and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 barstools at the countertop. The dining table will seat 4 and has access to a small deck. The bedroom has a King bed and access to the full-size bathroom with a single sink vanity and combo shower/tub. There is a full-size stack washer/dryer in the bathroom. PARKING IS LIMITED TO ONE VEHICLE. Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting). Complex Features: Ridge Condominiums are located in upper Elkhorn Village. Access to a hot tub and sauna is included at the Elkhorn Clubhouse, just a quick walk away. The area offers a free shuttle that picks you up just across the street from the complex, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort. Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
