Located close to downtown Ketchum, this 2-story A-Frame style cottage will sleep up to 6 guests. This cottage has so much to offer! This home has a fenced yard, is within walking distance to shopping and dining, and is pet-friendly.
On the main level is the living room with a gas fireplace, sitting area, and dining table that seats 6. There is access to the backyard and patio area, offering a gas BBQ and plenty of seating to enjoy the fire pit. The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 barstools at the counter. One of the 2 bathrooms is located on this level with a single sink vanity and a combination shower/tub. There is a stacked washer/dryer in a hallway closet off the bathroom.
On the upper level is the family room with a 55-inch flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. There are high ceilings, a ceiling fan, and large windows for great light and mountain views. There is access to the deck area with a private hot tub and the rest of the fenced yard. There is a built-in desk to offer a great workspace. The primary bedroom off the living area has a Queen bed and a large walk-in closet. There is access to the side yard and hot tub from an exterior door in this room. The hallway full-size bath has a single sink vanity and a shower. Up the spiral staircase is a large loft with a Queen bed and two twin-size beds (not pictured).
One dog is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $120.
Please note: This home is available during the Main Street construction project! Enjoy reduced rates and extra quiet evenings with reduced traffic due to the detour. There will be construction noise during the day, but it ends by 5 pm, and there is no Southbound traffic in front of the home.
This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
