There is a large deck as you enter the condo for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. On the main level is the living area with a wood-burning fireplace and a 36-inch flat-screen TV. The fully stocked kitchen has a gas stove top and granite countertops. The dining table seats 7. There is a stack washer/dryer in a hall closet off the kitchen. The main bedroom is located on this level and has a King bed and a large walk-in closet. The ensuite bath has a single sink vanity and shower only. Upstairs are the other 3 bedrooms and a hall bathroom. The first upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a large corner desk. All of these bedrooms share the full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and combination shower/tub. Sun Valley Resort Amenities: NO AMENITIES PASSES ARE AVAILABLE. No pool access. Complex Features: Dollar Meadows Condominiums are located across Trail Creek just south of the Sun Valley Village. The Sun Valley Pavilion and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails. The location is known for its privacy and tranquility, featuring a blend of comfort, warmth, and scenery. Landscaping includes ponds and streams on the grounds. Bald Mountain ski lifts are 1.5 miles away and Dollar Mountain ski lifts are 0.5 miles away. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Dollar Meadows Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
