Our place offers a spacious one-bedroom, hall bunks, and a queen sleeper, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests. >> Bedrooms & Bathroom <<
• Our one bedroom is located down the hallway to the right when entering the condo. It’s complete with a comfortable King bed, Smart TV with Roku & cable provided, and a dresser. Guests will have direct access to the hallway, and to the attached bathroom. The bathroom offers a closet for luggage storage, or hanging items as needed.
• One open concept Twin bunk bed is built into our hallway, shortly past the bedroom. There’s also a small area under the bottom bunk to slide a suitcase or two to keep them tucked away, if needed. This area is perfect for the kids, or any extra friends that joined along on your trip!
• Our one and a half ’Jack & Jill style’ bathroom offers a separate toilet & vanity area for both the master bedroom, and the hallway. The two half bath entry ways both join in the middle at the shower & jetted tub room. Guests can access the bathroom with a hallway door, or directly from the bedroom. This layout makes getting ready a breeze, especially for those who need privacy for multiple members of your group.
• We provide bath towels, washcloths, small courtesy soaps (please bring any additional amenities needed), and a hair dryer for guest use during your stay.
>> Living Area & Kitchen <<
• Our living room area is cozy with a reclining reading chair, and couch for seating. The couch opens up into a Queen-sized commercial sleeper (where additional guests can sleep, with pillows and linens provided.) We have a 65" Smart TV with cable for your enjoyment, perfect for those that enjoy being able to login to their own media & catch up on their favorite Netflix or Hulu shows while relaxing after a long beach day.
• Our kitchen and dining area has an open layout to the living room. We offer a full kitchen, stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, griddle, and more! Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a regular drip coffee maker or a Keurig machine. Enjoy sitting together for meals around the bistro table with seating for 2, or gathering at the breakfast bar for a quick bite with seating for 4.
• A stackable washer and dryer is offered in the condo, in the bathroom tub & shower room. An ironing board & iron are provided for guest use as well.
>> Outdoor Space & Amenities <<
• Your favorite spot will certainly be the private balcony, just through the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors off the living room. Here you can have a bite to eat at our 4 person high-top table, or sip your beverage of choice in the sun lounger, all while catching absolutely breathtaking views of the most beautiful emerald waters you’ve ever seen!
• The community pool is located at the front of the building. Rest assured that you’ll be able to enjoy a swim without crowds of people, as the pool is gated with a code for guests of this complex only. There is a community bathroom available as well, so no extra trips upstairs are necessary while you’re enjoying these amenities!
• The private gated beach access is steps away, located directly behind your complex building - no streets to cross, or crowds to battle against. We offer complimentary beach service for TWO (two chairs, one Umbrella), just speak to the beach attendants and they will get you set up! Shower off all the sand before coming back inside, with easily accessible outdoor showers right on the breezeway.
• If you arrive early & want to sit poolside or beachside while you wait for your check in, just reach out for an access code!
>> Tiny Travelers <<
• As a family-friendly location we’re happy to offer a pack & play, high chair (booster seat style), and plastic cups/plates/bowls/silverware for guest use, that are always at the listing & free of charge!
• PLEASE read our house rules in detail before booking. We take time to put important information here that we need each guest to take into consideration when booking our home. While not all items listed may apply to your stay, we host guests of various group compositions so must list all rules that could apply to a trip. Thank you for your understanding!
• You’ll receive keyless entry instructions at 4PM CST on the day of your arrival for a smooth, hassle-free check-in.
• Please note this unit is in a shared building, not a standalone home.
• Community amenities, such as the pool and other shared spaces, are available for all guests and residents to enjoy.
• During busy times it can be easier to take an Uber, Lyft, or taxi to avoid dealing with traffic and parking. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!
• We always recommend bringing a vehicle to get around during your stay. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. We recommend SHIPT or Instacart for grocery delivery. Beach Liquors (locally owned) offers alcohol delivery as well!
• Check in time is 4:00 PM CST and checkout time is 10:00 AM CST. These times are important to note, as we can not guarantee any flexibility in arrival or departure as it depends on many factors that are beyond our control (i.e. condition of the home at previous guest departure, maintenance needed, cleaning, guests departing or arriving the same day, seasonality, etc.)
• Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of LIGHT amenities (a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, & laundry soap).We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage (Ziplocs, foil, etc.) so please plan accordingly if you’ll need these items. If you have a trip longer than 24 hours, or are coming with a larger group please plan ahead & bring any extra items you anticipate needing during your stay.
• All linens are provided for your stay. We do provide beach towels for guests to use poolside or at the beach, as we ask guests to please not use any white towels in these spaces. Any other beach/pool items are not provided or guaranteed.
• We do not permit one night bookings/instant booking for weekends/holidays at any time.
• Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted at any time in our community. Towing fees issued from the HOA do apply to any violation of this.
• Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, please book with accurate guest count for your stay and to ensure we’ve provided enough linens as well.
• Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10:00 PM. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time.
• We do not host student groups/groups under age 25 at any time. If you book, and it is discovered that your group is under age 25, there will be immediate eviction with no refund provided.
