Our place offers a spacious one bedroom, hall bunks, & queen sleeper for up to 6 guests. Enjoy our heated complex pool, private beach access (+ BEACH SERVICE seasonally March-October)! The central Destin location to shops, restaurants, and nightlife can’t be beat. We just know that the stunning sunrises & sunsets will have you feeling that "Deja View" time and time again!

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules

- -We regret that we are unable to accommodate any early check in unless we have communicated otherwise the day of your arrival. Please review all messages sent prior to your stay, and travel accordingly to arrive anytime after 4pm (Central Standard Time).
- -We do not rent to student groups/under age 25 at any time.
- -We are not pet friendly at any time, our HOA does not permit pets.
- -Checkout time is 10am and any guests or belongings on property after 10am will be subjected to an additional days and cleaning fee charge. Late checkout is not permitted.
- -No illegal activity is permitted. No smoking in condo or on balcony at any time, or full security deposit will be enforced for odor removal.
- -This is a shared building with other condo units so there is a potential for noise from neighboring units due to shared walls within the building.
- -Any excess trash should be taken to the dumpster in the parking lot.
- -Air conditioning should not left on while balcony doors are open.
- -Any and all issues must be disclosed during your stay prior to checkout or you will be held liable for any issues/damages. Property manager must be notified and given the ability to resolve any and all issues during your stay, or guests accept full responsibility.
- -This property is AS IS and owners/managers are not held responsible for incidents, lack of amenities, or any other problems incurred. No refunds are issued for any reason whatsoever, and this is acknowledged by agreeing to these house rules.
- -We strongly recommend guests purchase rental/travel insurance for their own peace of mind during their trip.
