Enjoy waterfront Harbor views at our cozy 3 bedroom (plus bonus room), 3 bathroom townhome, accommodating up to 8 guests (& up to 2 dogs with a pet fee). Centrally located on Holiday Isle we offer private beach access, docking for one boat up to 14FT MAX (no trailer parking AT ANY time), and breathtaking views from our back decks!

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,-Check in time is 4PM CST and Check out time is 10AM CST. Early check in and late checkout is not always possible, but we are able to accommodate on occasion. We do not allow luggage dropoff/leaving luggage after checkout for liability reasons. Please keep in mind before & after your stay is the only time we are able to perform maintenance & cleaning of the home and most stays are back to back with other reservations.
  • -There is only parking to accommodate up to 2 vehicles. Street parking/parking in front of neighbors homes/blocking sidewalk/rightofway may result in citation from the City of Destin or HIIA to be paid by guest in violation.
  • -Trailer parking is NOT permitted at ANY time during your stay. RV, Box Truck, watercraft on trailer, or excessive vehicles are not permitted at any time. Violation of this rule may result in towing at guest expense.
  • -We are "boater" friendly with our small dock, but can ONLY accommodate up to 14ft at our dock. If you are planning to bring a watercraft it is important to know that we cannot go over this length of our dock space at any time (absolutely NO exceptions). We also can NOT accommodate trailer parking at any time, as it violates local HOA rules and regulations, so guests need to plan to keep their trailers at a local marina for the duration of your stay. We do require all guests to notify us if they are planning to bring watercraft so that we can ensure our space is a good fit for your stay. We can park a maximum of two vehicles (SUV, TRUCK, CAR) but no trailers, RVS, watercraft on trailers, box trucks-and vehicles can only be parked directly in front of our middle unit, not in neighboring spaces or streetside.
  • -No underage drinking or illegal activity.
  • -All guests must vacate premises at checkout time (10am) or an additional nights rate & cleaning fee apply.
  • -We do NOT host groups under 25 years of age. We are NOT a party house/spring break destination.
  • -We are pet friendly & allow up to 2 pets only if house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a one time $200 fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA recognized service animals are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed.
  • -No trash or debris should be left around home or outdoors at any time. Please treat our home as your own. Trash must be taken out on the specified days (Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday & Friday pickup). Trash can must be returned to the front of the home after pickup. Excess trash pickup if trash day is missed may result in additional fees.
  • -Any issues found after checkout that were not disclosed, tenants may be held accountable & could potentially be a charge of security deposit. Any house rules violated is subject to loss of security deposit.
  • -No noise past 10pm local ordinance.
  • -Any cleanup of bodily fluids of any kind in any location on the property (both indoors/outdoors) will result in loss of security deposit/additional cleaning & sanitation charges.
  • -Parties and events are not permitted.
