This third-floor condominium boasts a spectacular view of the famous Bald Mountain. The open living area features a vaulted ceiling, a large stone wood-burning fireplace, designer furnishings, a 40-inch flat-screen TV with cable, and a built-in desk with Internet access. The living room has sliding glass doors which opens to a deck with a small table and two chairs to sit and relax and take in the mountain views. There is no elevator in the building to get to this condo.
The kitchen has been updated with all-new stainless steel appliances and features a breakfast bar with three chairs. It is open to the dining room with a table that seats six. The bedroom area features three large bedrooms, all with private baths. Each bedroom has its own private deck with views. The master bedroom has a king bed, a 20-inch mounted flat-screen TV, a large closet, and a desk. The master bath features a double vanity and a separate tub/shower area. Both guest rooms have ample closet space and attached full baths with tub/shower combination. The first guest room has a King bed. The other room has a bunk with a Queen on the bottom/ twin on top.
You will not believe the views from this condominium in the heart of the Sun Valley resort. The Wildflower is Sun Valley’s most high-end condominium complex, with convenient access to all of Sun Valley’s amenities. In addition, it has a stack washer/dryer in the hallway closet for your convenience. This third-floor unit does not have elevator access and does not have air conditioning.
Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available for both winter ( heated as a giant hot tub) and summer. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Property Manager cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time.
Complex Features: The Wildflower Condominiums are located at the Sun Valley Village and are the condos closest to the resort pool, restaurants, and amenities. Dollar Mountain and the Sun Valley Pavilion are just a short distance away and are an easy walk on the paved bike path. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski mountains and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle. All Wildflower buildings have a shared laundry room available and these condos offer impressive views of Bald Mountain.
Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
