First Bedroom - King Second Bedroom - King or Two Twins Third Bedroom - King Loft - Three Twins or a King and One Twin Living Room - Queen Sofa Bed This 3-bedroom plus loft/2.5-bath, three-level corner unit is on the Elkhorn Golf Course. The bedrooms and baths are located on the lowest level, the kitchen and dining room, a great room with a vaulted ceiling, and a half bath are on the middle level, and the open loft above the living room is accessed by stairs. This unit does not have A/C. The living room has a 38-inch flat-screen TV, a Blu-Ray player, a 5-disc CD player, high ceilings, a ceiling fan, and a queen sofa sleeper. From there, you have access to a large private deck with a wrought iron table, four chairs, and southwest foothill views. The dining table seats six with additional seating at the breakfast bar for four. Walk through the open kitchen and there is a breakfast nook with another table with 4 chairs and a closet with a full-size washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, its own full-size bath with a regular tub/shower, and access to a private deck with built-in bench seating. The second bedroom has a King bed and has access to a full-size bath with a regular tub/shower across the hall. The third bedroom has a king bed, a 21-inch flat-screen TV, and a clock radio. This room also has access to the hallway bath. The loft has a King bed and a twin, a 27-inch TV for movies only (no cable), a portable fan, and a desk with a chair. There is a half bath located at the front entry to the condo. Ski storage is also available just inside the entrance to the unit. The condo has 2,200 square feet of living space and will sleep up to 11 guests. Complex Features: The Sunburst Condominiums are located near the Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, and swimming are within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs. Guests of Sunburst have access to the pools (summer only), saunas, and hot tubs at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village. The Sunbursts also have an onsite summer pool and year-round hot tub. Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting). Construction Notice: All Sunburst buildings will be getting a new roof over the next 2 summers. This building is scheduled for 2026, but work will be happening throughout the complex from May 1st to October 15, both in 2026 and 2027. By booking during these dates, you acknowledge that construction will be happening during your stay, and construction noise will be audible from your condo. Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
