This two-story home with a fully finished basement is located in a quiet neighborhood has 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths and will sleep up to 13 people. On the main level is an open living room with a two-story ceiling, a wood-burning fireplace, and access to a deck where you will find a small yard and pond with running streams during the summer season. There is a den off the main living area with a 45-inch screen TV with cable and separate office space. Next to the den is a full-size bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo.
The fully stocked kitchen is large and spacious and the dining table with 8 chairs. There is a smaller dining area/ breakfast nook off the kitchen with five chairs. Next to the kitchen is a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Additionally, a half bath is located just before you get to the living area.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, a 36-inch TV with cable, and a full en suite bathroom. The master bath has double sinks a separate tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a King bed with a 36-inch TV with cable and its own full-size bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo. The third bedroom on this level has a king-size bed, a separate sitting area with a 36-inch TV with cable, and its own bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo.
The downstairs is a fully finished basement containing another living room with a 55-inch TV along with the other 3 bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has two Twin beds with a 36-inch TV (cable). The fifth bedroom has two sets of twin-size bunkbeds and 26 inch TV with cable. The sixth bedroom has a twin bed and a 26-inch TV with cable. All of these bedrooms have access to a full-size hallway bath with 2 sink vanity and shower/tub combo. There is a sauna on this level as well. This home has a 5-night minimum stay.
Guests have access to the Weyyakin Clubhouse with a year-round hot tub, clubhouse access, and summer access to Weyyakin Pool and Tennis Courts.
Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
