First Bedroom - King Second Bedroom - Queen Third Bedroom - Two Twins Loft - Three Twins This updated 3-bedroom plus loft/2.5-bath, three-level condominium is on the beautiful Elkhorn Golf Course with mountain views. This 2,200-square-foot condo will accommodate up to 9 guests. New wood-like laminate floors enhance the entry, stairs, and the entire middle upstairs living area. There is a half-bath just off the entry-level. All three bedrooms are on the lower level. The master bedroom faces the golf course and has a king bed, a ceiling fan, a 39-inch flat-screen TV, a full bath, and its own private new deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed with antique appointments and shares a hallway bathroom with the third bedroom, which has two twin beds. This unit does not have A/C. The middle upstairs level has a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. Off the kitchen is a small office desk with wireless internet access and an enclosed full-size washer and dryer. The great room has a vaulted ceiling and an open loft which is above the living room with three twin beds accessed by carpeted stairs. The dining table seats eight and the kitchen bar has two new stools. The living room features ample seating on two leather couches and two armchairs between the 46-inch flat-screen TV and there is a gas-lit fireplace. The new dining rug and the living rug have non-slip pads. Newly installed decks off the living room and the downstairs master bedroom have golf course and mountain views. The upper patio has seating for six and a gas barbecue grill. Complex Features: The Sunburst Condominiums are located near the Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, and swimming are within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs. Guests of Sunburst have access to the pools (summer only), saunas, and hot tubs at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village. The Sunbursts also have their own summer pool and year-round hot tub. Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting). Construction Notice: Sunburst buildings will be getting a new roof over the next 2 summers. Half of the buildings will be scheduled in summer 2026 and the other half in summer 2027. By booking during these dates, you acknowledge that construction will be happening during your stay, and construction noise will be audible from your condo.  Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
