Bedroom One - King Bedroom Two - Twin, Twin This 2 bedroom 2 bath 2 story condo is located in Elkhorn and will sleep up to 4 guests. The living area, kitchen, and dining area are located on the second level. The living room has a 55-inch flat-screen TV with cable, wood-burning fireplace, and access to the deck. The deck has a table and 4 chairs, an umbrella, and a gas grill. There is a fully stocked kitchen and 2 bar stools at the kitchen countertop. The dining room table will seat up to 6 people. There is a small office space just off the kitchen. Downstairs on the lower level is the master bedroom with a King bed, a 29-inch flat-screen TV with cable, and access to the deck with lounge chairs. Full-size master bath with single sink vanity and tub/shower combo bathing. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and access to the full-size hallway bath with single sink vanity and tub/shower combo bathing. The stack washer/dryer is in this bathroom. This condo does not have A/C. PARKING IS LIMITED TO TWO VEHICLES ONLY. Complex Features: Ridge Condominiums are located in upper Elkhorn Village. Access to the hot tub and sauna is included at the Elkhorn Clubhouse, just a quick walk away. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up just across the street from the complex, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort. Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting). Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
