This second-floor entry 2-story 3-bedroom 2-bath condo located in Elkhorn will sleep up to 7 guests. As you enter the condo, there is the living area, kitchen, dining, and one of the bedrooms. The living area has high ceilings, which bring good light to the room. There is a gas wood stove, a 75-inch flat-screen TV (streaming only), and access to a small deck. The deck was recently rebuilt and has a gas grill, table, and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. The dining table seats 6. There is an insert you can add to dine up to 10. On this same level is a bedroom with a Queen bed and access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only.
Upstairs are the other two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a 45-inch flat screen TV (streaming only) and access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo bath. The third bedroom has twin bunk beds and another twin-size bed. This bedroom has access to the hallway bath. You will find the stack washer/dryer in the hallway that leads to the third bedroom. There is a locker on the ground level of this building for storing skis in the winter.
Complex Features: Indian Springs Condominiums are located in upper Elkhorn Village. Access to a hot tub and sauna is included at the Elkhorn Clubhouse, just a quick walk away, and the Harker Center, which is a short drive away. The area offers a free shuttle that picks you up on Village Way near the complex, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort.
Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting).
Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Property Manager Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
