The magnificent, newly built luxury villas Polaris and Antares are located in Štinjan, a beautiful, peaceful place that is considered a suburb of the city of Pula.
They are located within walking distance of the nearest beach and shop.
The beautiful gardens with swimming pool are the perfect place to relax, and the children will never be bored with the swings and climbing frame also available at all times.
The pools have benches with massage jets, so you also have your own private spa environment.
Prepare delicious meals on your private grill in the shade of the garden.
The beautiful Villa Polaris is surrounded by a calming garden with a swimming pool and a children’s playground. Ground floor of the house consists of a luxuriously decorated living room and kitchen with access to the terrace overlooking the pool. You can dine on the terrace, enjoying the fresh sea breeze. One bedroom with a desk and make-up mirror is also located on the ground floor, as well as a beautifully decorated bathroom.
The upper floor consists of two lovely bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and make-up mirrors. One of the rooms has access to a balcony with a view of the pool and the nearby meadow.
Each of the bedrooms and living room has its own flat screen TV and air conditioning.
The pool closes at the end of October, and it will be open again on April 1st.
In 2025, this beauty will have a possibility of pool heating (with additional costs).
Damage deposit of 500 EUR is mandatory upon check in, and the hosts will refund it on the check out, provided that everything is in order.
Stinjan has many beautiful beaches, but the most outstanding is the recently renovated Hidrobaza.
With a beautiful view of the islets and the Brijuni Islands, it offers beautiful sunsets to amazed observers.
Hidrobaza offers you several places where you can eat something delicious, drink a refreshing cocktail or play volleyball on the beach.
The promenade by the sea takes you to Valbandon and Fažana, or to Lost beach with a beautiful cafe in a small cove.
If you want to visit Brijuni, the national park, head to Fažana, where you will have the opportunity to tour the park by boat and interesting trains that run around the island.
Since you’re located so close to Pula, it would be a shame not to visit the city. The old core of the city of Pula is full of narrow stone streets, typical of the Mediterranean coast.
Walking through these rustic streets, you will come across good restaurants, interesting souvenir shops and ancient monuments.
Many ancient Roman monuments can be found in the city, including Triumphal Arch of Sergius and Temple of Augustus, and, of course, the Amphitheater.
Fazana is a smaller place, known for its lovely architecture and a beach which is very suitable for children because of its shallow water.
Fazana used to be a fisherman’s place, but now is a very popular destination for travellers. Several local parties are organized during the summer, such as "Zvizde, svice i ferali".
