Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- ✓ This property is in the gated community of Sea Pines and a car pass is required for every vehicle. *1 car pass is included with your reservation
- ✓ Pets are not allowed
- ✓ The town of Hilton Head Island enforces quiet hours between 10:00 PM to 7:00 a.m.
- ✓ 3-night minimum stay is required
- ✓ Free daily activities are not available to monthly renters, long-term renters, or stays beyond 28 nights
- ✓ The minimum age requirement for renting this property is 25
- ✓ Due to future renovations at South Beach Village, the South Beach Marina Swimming Pool will not be open for the 2024 pool season
- ✓ Beach Access can be found at the Sea Pines Beach Club: Located at 87 N. Sea Pines Drive, this is Sea Pines Resort’s organized beach access for the community. Parking at the Sea Pines Beach Club is reserved exclusively for Sea Pines property owners during the season (April through Labor Day) between 8am and 3pm. During the season you would catch the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley service to the Beach Club. Otherwise, renters can park there after 3:00pm. Off Season renters can park at the club without limits. The beach Club features three restaurants including Coast, Oceanfront Dining and restrooms.
