(American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine). 🍽️Meet in the dining room to share meals. 🛍️If you prefer to dine outside, you will find many restaurants nearby. Close to the Porte de l’hôpital stop with tram A and D Close to the Saint Nicolas stop with buses: 10, N1 and N3. The Saint Nicolas and Austerlitz car parks will be close to the apartment if you come by car. 🏡The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay: 🧹 cleaning will be done, 🛏️ beds will be made with clean sheets, and a necessary sofa bed will be at your disposal, 🧼 clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen, 📶 free WIFI connection 🔑 Key handover: A concierge will welcome you upon arrival to give you the keys and facilitate your stay. Please note that if you arrive: - from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. there is a supplement of 20 euros - after 11 p.m., the supplement is 40 euros A prior request will be necessary and payment will be made directly to the concierge upon arrival. 🍼 If you wish to order a baby bed or high chair option, please contact the concierge who will receive you directly at the latest the day before your arrival (subject to availability): - high chair supplement: €15 - baby bed supplement: €25 This supplement will be paid directly to the concierge who will receive you. House rules: 🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited. 🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees. ⛔ Pets are strictly prohibited. 🧹Bed and bathroom linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and the bathrooms. 🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 in cleaning fees will be charged 🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for €60 before your arrival. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €120 in cleaning fees will be charged to you. 📝 A signature of a digital contract as well as your identity document, via the Yaago platform will be requested after the reservation, as well as the information for the police form, in accordance with the regulations in force.
