Lake Monroe, the largest lake in Indiana, is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts. Surrounded by the Hoosier National Forest, it offers activities such as boating, fishing, hiking, and wildlife viewing. Its serene waters and scenic beauty make it a popular destination year-round. Bloomington, home to Indiana University (Only a short 12 mile drive) , is a vibrant city known for its cultural and recreational offerings. It boasts a lively arts scene, diverse dining options, and numerous parks and trails. The combination of natural beauty and cultural richness makes Bloomington a wonderful place to explore and enjoy. The property is located in a gated community. There is a 18 hole championship golf course Eagle Pointe, community pool, walking trails, basketball courts, and a bar/grill, Sahms (Delivery Available) that are all located in the community. Four winds marina is less than 5 mins away and offers boat rentals and has a restaurant / bar as well. Fairfax boat ramp is 3.2 miles away.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,ALL Damages must be reported promptly, and are to be paid by the guest. • NO Parties. There is a $2000 party fee. • NO Smoking. There is a $1000 smoking fee. • ALL Trash is to be taken out and disposed of and dishwasher started. • The MAXIMUM property capacity is 4. No unregistered guests. • By booking this property you agree to fill out the verification sent to you upon booking. If you refuse, do not pass or are flagged your booking can/will be cancelled.
