One living area features a cosy gas log fire, perfect for cooler evenings. The kitchen, with its stone benchtops and modern gas/electric appliances, includes a breakfast bar with four stools, ideal for casual meals or a morning coffee. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining area with seating for eight, making it perfect for family meals or entertaining.
Four bedrooms:
Master suite with a Queen bed, walk-in robe, TV, ensuite with shower, toilet, and hand basin. Access to the outdoor deck with seating via sliding doors.
2nd bedroom with Queen bed and ceiling fan.
3rd bedroom with Queen bed and ceiling fan.
4th bedroom with two single beds, and a spare mattress with linen under one of the beds.
Outdoor Alfresco area: Step out through bi-fold doors onto a large undercover deck, perfect for dining and entertaining. This spacious alfresco area features a mains gas BBQ, ceiling fan, and an outdoor table with seating for 8, where you can relax with friends and family while enjoying the coastal breeze throughout the year. For added comfort, outdoor blinds can be lowered to protect the space from the wind if required.
Comfort year-round: Ducted heating and refrigerated air conditioning ensure comfort no matter the season.
Landscaped garden: Beautifully maintained garden, providing a tranquil, private setting for your stay.
Car Parking: There is a large driveway with a secure gate.

If you book and disregard the above then we reserve the right to cancel the booking, or ask you to vacate the premises immediately, with full loss of your payment.
Outdoor pets are considered on application, if approved there will be a one-off pet fee of $60 that will apply.
