Easy access to Highway One for your daily excursions around the Monterey Peninsula, Big Sur, Santa Cruz or the San Francisco Bay area. Enjoy attending special events like the Carmel Bach Festival, Monterey Car Week, Pebble Beach® Food and Wine and so many more.

Lilli Pad has had a recent remodel including a second story addition which includes two upstairs bedrooms with a private primary bedroom suite. Be among the first to experience the home with its brand new beds, linens, furnishings and appointments. Brand new mini-split units in each room have both a heating and an air conditioning option to keep everyone in your party comfortable year-round.

As you step inside, a warm and inviting entryway greets you, setting the tone for your stay. The comfortable living room beckons with its cozy seating area, perfect for engaging conversations by the gentle glow of the gas fireplace.
The adjacent media room is designed for relaxation and entertainment. It features additional seating, including a full/double sofa sleeper, along with a TV for your enjoyment. Whether you’re unwinding after a long day or gathering with friends and family, this space is sure to make you feel right at home.
Kitchen and Dining
This fully-equipped kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary creativity and prepare delightful meals to savor together. When the chef deserves a night off, you’ll find a wonderful array of dining options just a short drive away.
Gather around the spacious dining table, perfect for sharing stories and laughter over delicious food. And don’t forget to step out onto the patio with gas fire-pit, where you can enjoy the fresh air and fire up the BBQ grill for a delightful outdoor feast. Your perfect dining experience awaits!

All 4 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.
Bedroom #1 is located upstairs. It is a primary suite with a King bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, and a sitting area. This bedroom has direct access to a large rooftop deck with seating.
Also upstairs is Bedroom #2 which has a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination.
The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor.
Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom #4 has a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
Off-street parking is available in the driveway for 2-4 vehicles.
Carmel is a famously dog-friendly town and this is a dog-friendly home with a built-in doggie door and a fenced yard. (Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.)
