The adjacent media room is designed for relaxation and entertainment. It features additional seating, including a full/double sofa sleeper, along with a TV for your enjoyment. Whether you’re unwinding after a long day or gathering with friends and family, this space is sure to make you feel right at home. Kitchen and Dining This fully-equipped kitchen invites you to unleash your culinary creativity and prepare delightful meals to savor together. When the chef deserves a night off, you’ll find a wonderful array of dining options just a short drive away. Gather around the spacious dining table, perfect for sharing stories and laughter over delicious food. And don’t forget to step out onto the patio with gas fire-pit, where you can enjoy the fresh air and fire up the BBQ grill for a delightful outdoor feast. Your perfect dining experience awaits! A convenient space for the washer and dryer is located near the kitchen. Bedrooms and Bathrooms All 4 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Bedroom #1 is located upstairs. It is a primary suite with a King bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, and a sitting area. This bedroom has direct access to a large rooftop deck with seating. Also upstairs is Bedroom #2 which has a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower-over-tub combination. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor. Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom #4 has a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Off-street parking is available in the driveway for 2-4 vehicles. Carmel is a famously dog-friendly town and this is a dog-friendly home with a built-in doggie door and a fenced yard. (Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.) Please note that due to the location of this home, cell service and WiFi is limited.
