On the ground floor, you will find four additional bedrooms, two shared bathrooms, a cosy living room and access to a spacious outdoor terrace perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm breeze of Jávea.
The outdoor spaces are equally attractive, surrounding the villa to create a perfect connection between the interior and exterior. Guests can relax on the covered terrace and dining area next to the pool, lie down on the sunbeds by the pool, or gather around the modern outdoor kitchen and barbecue area with a table for 12 people, ideal for outdoor dinners under the stars. There is also a shaded seating area to rest comfortably and a covered ping-pong table, which will surely entertain both children and adults.
The villa offers total privacy and serenity, and is less than 10 minutes by car from the lively seafront promenade of Arenal, where you will find vibrant restaurants, bustling cafés and lots of fun. For added convenience, three excellent restaurants are within walking distance of the house, offering even more ways to savour the charm of Jávea.
