The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. The pool itself has step access whilst there is edging around the pool. The ground floor bedroom (accessed via 8 steps) has a door width of 80cm, whilst the bathroom door is 69cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 69cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 69cm wide. The lower ground floor annex can be accessed from the terrace, where the bedroom door is 82cm wide, and the shower ensuite door is 71cm wide.
