Although Broich House is only a 15 minute walk from the village of Kippen which has two gastropubs, a grocery store, a delicatessen and two farm shops, Broich has so much more to offer. We can arrange a day up the hill with clay pigeon shooting and lunch with spectacular views from ’The Bothy’, cycling through forest tracks, sightseeing, beautiful lochside walks and don’t forget this is Scotland, the home of whisky and golf.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- CANCELLATION POLICY
- • To secure the reservation a 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
- • The remaining 50% must be paid 1 months before arrival otherwise the
- booking will not be confirmed.
- • If the booking date is less than 3 months from the time of booking, the
- full amount is required.
- • If the booking should be cancelled by the guest, the 50% deposit amount
- can be transferred to another date.
- • In the event of cancellation of a booking and the tenancy can be re-let,
- you will be fully refunded.
- • An additional £1000 cautionary deposit is also required at time of
- booking in case of any damages incurred during the guests stay. The
- amount will be returned immediately after check out if there are no
- issues.
